Sooooo, for my IGCSE English course, we need to pick a career that we're dreaming and dreading to be. Annnnd guess what? I wanted to be a book blogger but being a blogger isn't a legitimate profession. So, I tweaked my career a bit and chose to be a book reviewer. Cool riiiight? Mundane? Maybe, but it certainly is compelling, am I right?

After picking the career, we must create a descriptive passage, informative recount, personal recount, TED talk and the most grand thing of all-- a booth. It was actually something very amusing and fun. No stress was added to the pile, yet I got a lot of things done. It's really surprising yet miraculous in some way. I don't know... when's the first time you've ever enjoyed a school project or task? NEVER!

This is such a creative way of revising for the whole course, cuz we get to cover descriptive writing, informative recount and personal recount the fun way. No stress. No tears. Sounds like a win-win solution to me. I wish every single course I take at school does this.
